No complaints whatsoever, we spent a really good time here. Feeling that we liked this well-maintained and lovely small hotel after staying for 1 night. Comfort quadruple room for leftover furniture was the best. The service was all in all exceptional. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The units are cheap, well cleaned with 4 single beds, balcony, a fan. The location is marvellous and perfect, so close to main train station, and several stores and bakeries nearby. There is Schiller Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

Thoroughly enjoyed Munich, the hotel was well-maintained and pleasant within walking distance of many touristic attraction. Everything was good as expected, even so the bathroom was extremely small. The food was FINE with a huge variety of alternatives.

The views were really bad.

Handy and decent location, 15 minutes' walk to a central square. Also minute walk from the train station. Decent sized rooms with views.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel S16. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro line just outside and the station and Marienplatz nearby. The rooms were decently sized and reasonably clean. Despite some noise from nearby properties, the free WiFi worked well. The staff were nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money.

The street in which the hotel is located is near to the main railway station but there are plenty of night clubs which makes the street not at all a decent place to live in, specially if you are travelling with a family. Moreover due to this fact, the place was too loud. The hotel itself was very dirty and there was a very bad smell in the rooms. The carpet, wallpapers, furniture was badly stained giving the room a look of filthy place. I wont recomend this hotel at all and will never stay there again. Wih additional 10 € a day we managed to get a room in another hotel which was excellent in all maters.

It was close to the station which was very helpful. It was also close to the starting point of the tours. Only thing is I think they should give a better breakfast with some variety not the same thing every day. Tea or Coffee would have been ideal if provided in the room. Nothing to grumble as such.

The setting was quite perfect within easy reach of a bustling square. Comfort quadruple room included iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. The bed was comfortable and I had a functional bathroom.

Pleasantly surprised by Hotel S16. Good budget accommodation. Great location in heart of Munich. Suitable for adults on a budget

Reception staff not to keen to help,was more concerned with using his mobile phone to friends,buffet breakfast very average,good location easy to find 2 mins from Hbf,

locastion was good and near to train station and subway, small breakfast but good enogh

no internet conection.

The staff was great and cordial - we can't wait to come back. We stayed in fairly quiet and luxury room with 3x single beds that also had wake-up service.

Very good budget hotel.

Cosy room with comfortable bed as well as balcony. Paid £ 845. Location not far from the main train station, the Asian restaurant and a cafe 6 doors away.

The single room was budget with smoke a cigarette, a smashed TV and bedrooms. All the staff were amazingly nice and accommodating giving some tips about the city. The location was good, and we could reach Old Botanical Gardens by walking.
